What You’ll Do:
 As a Sales & Customer Care Person, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients while driving the growth of Fitness Tribe. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) with the flexibility to work from anywhere (but daily check-ins and updates are required).
Engage with potential clients through calls and texts, helping them enroll in our programs and offering support every step of the way.
Drive sales by managing pre-qualified leads, ensuring that you hit weekly KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer support, answering queries and ensuring clients have the best experience possible.
Manage client data – You’ll update our CRM, spreadsheets, and keep track of payments.
Create customer incentives and referral offers to generate new leads.
Work with a dynamic team, helping to build a positive and inspiring community.
What You’ll Need:
Previous sales experience with a proven ability to meet KPIs.
A background in customer care and administration – experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong computer skills – familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
A genuine passion for fitness is a huge plus!
Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekend check-ins.
