Solemate Reflexology by Anna I'm Anna and I am originally from Varna, in Bulgaria. I came to this country in 2012 to be close to my son, who was studying here.

I love that reflexology transcends its physical benefits, offering a pathway to deeper emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a more profound sense of connection to oneself and the universe. It was always my dream to do a job that I love, that would align with my sense of spirituality and the universe. Finally in 2022 I had the chance to do my studies for my Advanced Reflexology professional qualifications, with The Three Shires School of Reflexology.

🥦 Food Digestion Guide: What to Eat and When! 🍎

⏱ Digestion times vary depending on the type of food. Here’s a quick guide:

✨ Very Fast (30–60 min): Water, juice, smoothies
🍌 Fast (1–2 hrs): Fruits (melon, grapes, oranges), white bread, white rice
🥗 Medium (2–3 hrs): Vegetables, fish, chicken, oats
🌰 Slow (3–4 hrs): Beans, lentils, whole grains, nuts, eggs, avocado
🍖 Very Slow (4–8+ hrs): Red meat, cheese, fried foods, pizza, heavy meals

💡 Daytime Tip:
• Eat light and fast-digesting foods in the morning or early afternoon (fruits, smoothies, yogurt, oats) — they give quick energy without feeling heavy.
• Medium-digesting foods like vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains are great for lunch to keep you energized.
• Very slow foods (heavy meats, fried foods) are best avoided late in the day to prevent sluggishness and poor sleep.
