Had a coffee ☕with the bride-to-be, Nadia, this afternoon after her final wedding prep treatment this week.💒
I saw the lucky Todd earlier this week for massage. He's been working out lots and looks super fit for his big day 💪 Nadia is always in peak shape 💯🙌

Thanks to Rhianna Warden for my courgette. 🙏 Being Scottish, vegetables are a rare thing so was new to me that courgettes came in this shape, size and colour🤣 Every day is a school day. 🏫 Almost looks too good to eat 💯

is supporting the Great Horwood Fete and Dog show next Sat 5th July.

I'll be off on holiday in case I haven't mentioned this already 😎🤣. If you aren't on holiday, why not pop along since we are in full fete season now. Always a good day out for you and your furry friends. 🐕🐶

I always aim to support local village events and have already put forward vouchers for a few Fetes this year. I get a huge amount of support locally so it's the least I can do. 🙏💯

again! In case you missed the previous Facebook post, I qualified in my Level 4 Sports Massage. 💯💪 Lots of effort over the last 5 or 6 months and delighted to have passed. I think I need/deserve a holiday now....just as well I'm going away next week 😎👌 ☀️
