I do love a quick card game before the test paper to help get the brains working and everyone's confidence up.

As you will see from the previous feedback, we use a wide variety of learning techniques to help everyone learn as much as possible. On the first day typically most are nervous and adamant they won't pass. One of the best ways is to break down the class into smaller group for activities and discussions so it does not feel so daunting.

On the first exam the lowest score was 14 out of 15
(pass rate 11)
On the second exam the lowest score was 22 out of 25 (pass rate 18)

Everyone passed 🎉

If you need training and are worried about nervous staff let us reassure you, we work with them to get through the course.
