Too many people buy dog on a whim.
During covid people got pets to keep them company while stuck at home now people are free to leave there homes their pet has become a burden having to pay dog sitter or friends/ family to look after there pets while they go to work.or on holiday. We are seeing more and more abandoned pets on Facebook and newspapers. A pet is for the duration of their lives like having a child is for life they become part of you family. You dump a dog is the equivalent of dumping a child.

When your dog comes to the dog pound because you’re tired of him, because he bothers you, prevents you from going on vacation or other excuses...

He sits and waits.
He's waiting for you to come get him.
A second, a minute, an hour, a day, a month, a year --- he's waiting for you.

He doesn’t know why, but he’s waiting because he trusts you, because unlike you, he loves you.

Listen up well then. Your animal is not a toy.
Think twice before getting a pet. You have the responsibility of a living being and of a family member.

Go ahead and create your dream, close your eyes and live it. Be there now. Dream the dream, and let the dream become like a magnet that pulls you into the future. Make it just the way you want it. Imagine it in detail. Make it compellingly real. Take it all in and enjoy it. Believe in your possibilities.
Is it worth making some changes in your priorities?
Is it worth the effort to learn some new ways of selecting foods?
Is it worth taking the time to exercise on a regular basis?
Is it worth giving up some limiting beliefs and bad habits and excuses?
Is it worth learning how to love and take care of yourself?
Now that you've visualized your future, the next step is to put it into words.
Words and pictures are the building materials of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, words are the basis of our self-talk the way we mentally speak to ourselves. The quality of your self-talk can influence your success, positive enthusiastic self-talk evokes positive emotion and motivation. Negative self critical, or pessimistic self-talk leads to depression and lassitude.

Hypnosis is not a diet but is one tool to help you be successful with eating nutritious food and exercising.

Have you ever just stopped what you were doing, maybe pulled over in your car or took a step back and just took a moment? Thought about what you want, what you would like to change, how you would want it to be? Try it today. Perhaps take a little bit of "me time".

I first experienced hypnotherapy myself in 2003, when I saw a hypnotherapist and gave up smoking.
