(Founded 29th August 2012). We appreciate how hard small food producers and businesses have to work just keeping their businesses afloat, let alone keeping up with marketing and promotion. The idea behind the Artisan MK Food & Drink group is to be the go-to place for people interested in local food & drink to find out where they can buy high quality artisan food & drink, and to help local artisan

businesses find appropriate events and outlets to sell their products. The group in itself is not a business and will never seek payment for its services; we just ask for mutual support and promotion among its members and users.

Voting is officially open for the exciting MK Food & Leisure Awards, celebrating the best of our city’s hospitality, from street food legends to fine dining favourites, coffee artisans to cocktail masters.

Have your say and show your support for the local heroes who keep us well-fed and entertained all year round. Whether it’s your go-to restaurant, your favourite barista, or that street food truck that never misses — now’s the time to vote.

Voting closes at the end of September, so don’t miss your chance to make your vote count.

Last weekend was a shocker for us local artisans, with numerous events cancelled due to the storm. Take the opportunity to get out this weekend to shop with local traders at events if you can, and find others online so you don't miss out on locally produced tasty treats and they don't miss out on your custom.
