The last training I undertook in Feb 2020 and was accredited by Royal College of Midwifes

By far, the very best part of my job is bringing people together so that they support each other on the most amazing journey of their lives! All of my groups are small so that you have lots of opportunity to talk to others and make amazing new friends. The size of the class makes it so much easier to connect

with others - we take the time in every session to talk to each other and share our experiences. In terms of the different classes that I offer - these are as follows:-

PregnancyLove - A classes based upon the principles of yoga but also including time for informative discussions about pregnancy/birth/baby issues. This session concludes with a lovely 15minute relaxation and is suitable from 14+wks. Baby Massage - Suitable from birth (baby led and 90mins long). Baby Yoga - Suitable from 9+wks, an exercise class for your baby with lots of sensory elements and laughter guaranteed (again, baby led). Stretching & Relaxation Class - a 1hr class focussing on time for you. The gentle stretching helps to release the stress of your day and we conclude with a 15 minute relaxation. Hmmm….🤔

💕slightly overwhelmed
💕 thinking about 12 things at once
💕wondering what everyone else is doing with their life and how they do it all effortlessly
💕 spending all your time thinking about everyone else
💕 but also carrying on as normal - because that’s what we all do…..

I think a lot of us sit somewhere in that space.

That’s why I’m looking to put together “Reset with Lorraine”, nothing dramatic, just a chance to pause, chat (entirely optional), and breathe a bit.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just a bit of space in the week that’s yours. 💕

I’ve been doing a bit of thinking lately about how much I’ve always loved the classes I’ve run in the past - baby massage, baby yoga, pregnancy yoga, and the relaxation sessions during lockdown 💕

They were never just about the stretches or the techniques… it was the space they created. A chance to pause, breathe, chat, and feel a bit more like yourself again 💕🧘‍♀️💕

It’s got me wondering about creating something similar now, but designed just for women—online, so it’s easy to join from home.

A gentle “Reset” session—nothing formal or intimidating.
Just a relaxed space with a bit of light conversation, some simple stretches to release tension (all floor based, nothing arduous), and a guided relaxation at the end.

Something to step out of the busyness of life for an hour and leave feeling a little calmer and lighter.

I’d keep the group small so it feels really cosy and relaxed, just a handful of like-minded women. Sessions would be £4 each to keep it accessible.

I’m just exploring the idea at the moment, but I’d love to know…

This is a desperate and personal plea for help……a very old school friend’s daughter has lost her baby, just after birth, due to hospital errors. I’m trying to find support for the family, specifically for the daughter and preferably from somebody who has had a similar experience.

That's right! Some of you may have seen in my story yesterday about how I am looking to hire/train up someone for basic jobs.
I am a one man band and I hate turning people away for the smaller jobs that simply take time away from my bridal work.
I am looking for someone simply with a passion to learn the trade, love clothes, has used a sewing machine before, and wants a little part time job as a hobby.

You don't need masses of experience as I am happy to show you the ropes, but as long as you can sew in a straight line we are good!
