Do you know how to help someone having a severe allergic reaction?

✅ Call 999 immediately
✅ Use an adrenaline auto-injector if available
✅ Help the person stay calm and monitor their breathing

👨‍⚕ Our First Aid at Work course prepares you for emergencies like this.
