Milton Keynes Assisted Swim Club To promote better health through exercise in water and swimming for disabled people in MK.

Our swim times are changing. We will be starting at 2.15 to 3.15 as of 1st May officially. But we will be asking people to leave the pool early with immediate effect.

Swimathon

We have our swimathon this Saturday 14th march , half the proceeds we make goes to help running our wonderful club, if you free pop down and cheer our swimmers on , first group starts at 12-45 followed by the second group . Also if you can sponsor either Helen or myself that would be awesome.

Christmas dinner raffle
We always have a raffle at the Christmas dinner , and any proceeds from the raffle go back into the club to keep it running .. if you can’t make the Christmas dinner I’ll be selling raffle tickets on the pay table as you come in so please support us ..
