more gradual weight loss or weight maintenance and nutritional supplementation. Our programmes range from 440kcal to 1500+kcal per day; and are all nutritionally balanced to provide you with your Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins and minerals

Choose from one of the sachets that mix with water to make a tasty risotto, spaghetti bolognese, shake, soup, smoothies or porridge suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For convenience, our meal bars and ready-made shakes make an ideal alternative when you are on the move.

Sunday evenings can feel a bit heavy…
That quiet moment where the week ends and the thoughts creep in:

“I’ll start again tomorrow.”
“I’ve messed it up.”
“I should’ve done better.”

So here’s your gentle reminder before Monday arrives ⤵️

Starting again doesn’t mean you’re back at the beginning.
It means you didn’t quit.

One meal, one weekend, one wobble doesn’t undo progress.
And rest, reflection, or simply pausing tonight counts too.

After losing over 4 stone and maintaining it for nearly 13 years, these are some of the beliefs I had to let go of along the way — especially on days like today:

✨ You don’t need to suffer to succeed
✨ Motivation doesn’t come before action
✨ One off-plan moment doesn’t ruin everything
✨ The scale tells the full story (it really doesn’t)
✨ You don’t have to earn rest
✨ You don’t need to hate your body to change it
✨ Weight loss won’t fix your life — but confidence, consistency and self-trust can change how you live it

If tonight is about resetting your head, not “being perfect” — you’re doing it right 🫶🏼
