It was SO much better than a lovely day!

The best day enjoying the clear water of Bimini in the Bahamas as well as being offered a chance to go and discover the more authentic north side of the island. A very emotional moment taking in the beauty of the scenery around us.

I can not stop pinching myself that this dream of a trip happened thanks to my wonderful clients and team members who put their trust in me and to for awarding us so wonderfully.

Ready for some photo dumps?! 🤭 here is the first one!
I have really been living the moments when on my first ever cruise courtesy of !
I was dreading it so much! My track record with boats/ships has more to do with constant sea sickness! But the weather and the sea were really kind to us so all went ok ( thank you so much to all of you who kept checking up on me 😍).
Today’s photos are a snipet of our first couple of days. By that time and I had already met the best bunch of people! I hadn’t laughed as much in a long time 😂

And this is the day! Fully packed and ready to fly to Miami for our Champions Trip for The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.

We then set sail for a cruise to the Bahamas and then we’ll extend our trip to go to Costa Rica to spend time with our son who currently lives there!

I trained to be a consultant 11 years ago and I never imagined it would lead to such an amazing career and fabulous rewards for doing something that I truly love.

It started as a part time job but it quickly grew and turned in to much more.. a full time job which has been just amazing!

Major Awards, rewards, trips to London, Lake Como, Portugal, Marbella, Croatia, Madeira, Cyprus and now this amazing Cruise to the Bahamas!

It is an absolute honour to help so many people change their lives for the better by embedding new long term healthier habits.

It’s you guys... my amazing clients, that have helped me to be so successful and I’m so grateful that you continue to choose me!

And to my team, thank you for bringing so much energy and passion. I love the way we work together, sharing our strengths and learning from each other. And it extra special that I will be on this cruise with Rebecca who also earned this trip through her hard consistent work and superb support to her clients and team 🤩

Here are 3 fun myths about dieting and the reality behind them:

Myth: Spicy foods burn lots of calories.
Reality: Spicy foods might slightly boost your metabolism for a short time, but it’s not enough to burn a significant number of calories. Sorry, no “taco weight loss plan”!

Myth: Celery has “negative calories.”
Reality: While celery is low in calories, the energy used to digest it doesn’t exceed the calories it contains. Still, it’s a healthy snack!

Myth: You can target fat loss in specific areas.
Reality: Spot-reducing fat isn’t possible. Your body decides where to lose fat, no matter how many crunches you do.
