I'm beginning to let go some of my lovely shiatsu things - on-site massage chair, excellent big cushion; perhaps some books. If you think you could use these well, let me know with more detail, and I may be happy to share with you.

Reflections on Qigong and Shiatsu, about connective tissue and fascia

my attention came back to this now rather old and rough and ready video I made to share do-in exercise/ re-balance/ de-stress sequence. I had the time I'd at least do a voiceover to avoid the traffic noise - so much to learn; but possibly still of value to some https://youtu.be/N5gn9td52nM

lovely treatment from a colleague this week; and I wanted to share it here in my practice space, because Dan and I were discussing that frequent question from people 'what does shiatsu help?' and 'how can it help me'. I booked a treatment because I wanted that essential rebalance that I think shiatsu gives. I also note that it was a way of marking a family bereavement anniversary, and linked body/mind/spirit aspects of that. Consider treating yourself to a shiatsu treatment at such a time.

Our "silent" series continues with Yoga For Daily Neck Relief. This sequence is simple but so rewarding! Take the time to connect to your body and relieve yo...

Hi - I was invited by someone in the Findhorn community to join a 21 day abundance meditation group, and am now on day 5 where we are asked to set up our own groups. I am offering 5 spaces for people to join this group - you can do it daily in your own time, following a Whatsapp message to show you your task for the day, drawn from Deepak Chopra recordings. Please private message me if you would like to participate - by end of Monday 6th April 2020.
best regards, Catherine.
