The Mo Bro’s of the Game Changer Training, fathers, brothers, sons, uncles. Real men facing real battles, showing up anyway. No ego, no masks, putting in the work, standing together, and choosing better every day.

And the moustaches? They’re not just for show. We’re supporting because too many men stay silent & too many battles stay hidden. This is us standing up for men’s mental health, for the ones still struggling, and for the ones who didn’t make it.

These are just the men who braved the shave and grew a ’tache, the whole GC crew stands behind Movember with us.

🏋🏼‍♀️ Winter games 08:00-10:30AM. A morning full of team workouts, festive vibes, prizes and of course, Christmas attire (hoping to see you ALL in an outfit)

🎉 Social: From 7:30PM for an evening of fun. Awards, good food and dancing, what more could you ask for!

We can’t wait to see you there and have a day filled with laughter, good vibes & team spirit 🩷
