There is a £5 extra fee for home visits

I'm offering a course for parents & guardians to be able to learn how to help their children through massage, pressure points, reflexology, aromatherapy, visualisation and so much more.

Great for helping with anxiety of all kinds, sleep, nerves, anger and phobias. Also great for children with adhd and autism.

What the course includes....

Massage techniques
Reflexology and pressure point techniques
Use of aromatherapy and blending
How to help via our main senses, sound, smell, touch and taste.
Benefits and uses of certain crystals
Visualisation techniques
How to use techniques around the house, out and about and in exams or hospitals etc.

Course description....

This course is for parents and guardians of children between the ages of 4 and 16 years of age. The contents of this course can be used on any child, whether they have and issues or not. It is a nice way of bonding with your child, learning something new and helping the mind body and spirt.

The course will be run for you to do in the comfort of your own home.
I will email you course notes as we go along for each section with a video too. I will set small tasks along the way to help understanding and to practise with your child.

I will be on hand for you to ask me any questions along the way.
Everything is confidential and the course can be made personal to you and your child.

It is £45 for the course and if you wish to have a one on one after lockdown then that it is £30 for the hour.
