Sometimes its hard to convey the peace and joy that being on water can bring. SUP is an accessible way for many people to experience it. I've been running some 1-1 sessions as rewards on the Milton Country Park crowdfunder. There are a few left to claim if you'd like to support our local green space and have an introductory or an improver or even a yoga session with me. Yoga students and teachers - this lovely piece was created by artist Rosemary to illustrate and guide our group sessions on the 8 limbs of yoga. Now available as a print it is a lovely teaching tool or inspiring print for a yoga room. If anyone would like to buy one let me know and I'll put you in touch.

This was my church. In many ways, I grew up here. My mum and dad got married here. I was christened here. Sad to see this. I know every nook and cranny, having roamed it with compadres, and performed little plays and speeches here. I know the little back spaces, the vaults, the upstairs pews. If you've worked with me as an adult a lot of who I am, my presentation, my values, were uncovered in these early years and didn't change. Our churches have had problems and been problematic at times. Like all human institutions inevitably do. It taught me to think, to question, and ultimately to have faith in life. So I am grateful, profoundly so for this place and the people who made up the church in those days. God bless you Argyle URC.

By raising vital funds we can improve the access to multiple lakes on site and improve equipment to put a wider demographic of sessions on.

Guys, I'm out of office and away from tech mostly, having an amazing adventure. If I don't get back to messages for a day or so, I'm somewhere on a SUP, snorkelling in turquoise sea, or doing yoga with fab women. See you soon. PS Sup yoga on Saturday - book in, and I'll tell you all about it xx
