Hello👋🏼

The last few months I've had so many new Clients come along for a Facial or Foot Reflexology and the most amazing feedback - thank you everyone who has booked a treatment or recommended to a friend it's such a boost for a small business.

The best feedback however is always seeing someone book in again for another treatment - to see that they are prioritising their self care again and again in spite of all the other ways that our attention/bank balance is being pulled - it is the best thing!

I've recently been walking the walk as well as talking the talk and prioritising a monthly treatment for myself, I look forward to it allllll month and feel amazing for days after, curious & excited to see the long term impacts it will have on my wellbeing too! I can honestly say I don't look back it is worth every single penny and more for the joy it brings me.

Our Story

After completing my YTT200hrs training in India in 2013 I have gone on to teach Yoga in Studios, Gyms, Leisure Centres as well as running community classes & workshops and private sessions.

I currently teach Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pregnancy Yoga & Vinyasa Flow in the Mid Argyll area. Please contact me for details of upcoming classes/workshops in your area, or if you would like to book a private session.
