Longfield Hospice We aim to help you live well with life-limiting conditions. This year, Longfield Hospice needs to raise £4million.

Longfield Community Hospice provides Hospice at Home, Wellbeing Services, Counselling and Bereavement Support free of charge to adults in Gloucestershire impacted by a life-limiting condition. Longfield Hospice provides free care, 365 days a year for adults in Gloucestershire living with a life-limiting illness and support for their loved ones and carers. Each year the hospice helps over 1,200 patients, family members and carers.

90% of income is raised through the 20 charity shops and voluntary donations.

Looking for a last-minute Christmas present? Get a ticket for our famous Walk, Beer and Rugby Event Brewery and Taproom on 21st February. A must for the Rugby fan in your life.

A beautiful four-mile walk across The Heavens with some spectacular views overlooking the Golden Valley and Rodborough Hill, with stops along the way for a tipple or two. Last stop, Stroud Brewery, to catch the Six Nations Rugby game on the big screen.

We are incredibly excited to announce that we will be hosting an evening with Clare Balding at the prestigious Cheltenham Ladies' College, where she will introduce her new book, Pastures New, and share stories from her childhood and notable national moments, including the King’s Coronation, coverage of the Olympics, and Wimbledon.

A copy of the book will be included in the ticket, with a chance to get it signed by Clare herself. Drinks and canapes will also be served.

A massive thank you to staff and residents from Wentworth Court, Cheltenham, for dropping off proceeds from a coffee morning in aid of Longfield, after we were chosen as a nominated charity.

They raised a fantastic £185.37.

Big Give has officially ended, and we are over the moon to announce that we exceeded our £8500 target in 36 hours and exceeded our 'hoped for' target of £10,000 with a final total of £10,668.

92 people donated to Big Give this year, and we are super grateful for your support, which will see much-needed funds going to our counselling service to support those with life-limiting conditions and their families.

We also thank Tracey for bravely sharing her story, our pledgers who provided some of our match funding, and the Reed foundation and Big Give who provided the rest.

Our Love 4 Longfield Winter Campaign is continuing to run throughout Winter, and we will be sharing more on Tracey and Eric's stories.
