We'll be spending a delightful morning in Brushford - welcoming and enjoying all the Spring-i-ness with some stretchy yoga, a beautiful walk and with a fabulously long relaxation!

When you come to my yoga class - you don’t have to ‘fit in.’
You just come as you, with your flaws, your fears, your preferences and your skills!

And then we do some yoga together!

I have a heap of experience in teaching yoga to all sorts of folks.
And I love that each and every one of us is so very different - and yet we can still share this incredible practice.
