West Somerset Physiotherapy at Home is a mobile physiotherapy service aimed at helping people recover from illness or maintain their mobility, function and independence. Comprehensive assessment for a range of conditions including:​
- Falls and balance issues
- Mobility problems
- Neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and strokes
- Post surgical rehabilitation
- Amputee rehabilitation
- Post Covid-19 rehabilitation
- Respiratory conditions like COPD.
