Achieve your mental and physical goals with our Mind Body Conditioning class, every Tuesday at 6pm. 🙏

Kim, experienced Personal Trainer, will lead you through an exercise class using bodyweight, light dumbbells, resistance bands and step boxes, to condition your muscles from head to toe. 💙

Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Appropriate light weights, bands, steps and other equipment will be provided.

Tonight - 6pm at Minehead Community Building.

A fun, low-impact class, at a spacious venue, offering a variety of bodyweight exercises led by our instructor, Kirsty, targeting core and lower body, ideal to help you tone up and improve your core, lower body and general fitness levels.
