A FREE information event for all parents/educators/guardians & leaders considering options for Alternative Provision for young people.

Come along to visit the site and facilities, meet us and of course, the creatures! Talk to us informally all about the options we can offer, types of sessions and content, and AQA accredited courses. Explore the ways in which we can work alongside you and your young person(s) to engage, support and educate them whilst building confidence, self esteem and transferable skills. Discover all the benefits that the animals have to offer, and discuss costs and funding options.

Would you like to collaborate with us??
We are building a database of local professionals offering services for children & young people which may be in demand alongside our Alternative Provision & Assisted Therapy sessions.

Many of the young people visiting also benefit from other services and could combine the sessions here in our exclusive setting and integrating animals. We are happy to hear from all kinds of provision, but in particular;

• Childhood trauma specialists
• ASD/SEND professionals

Update on our 1-1 & SEN sessions and Alternative Provision packages

Availability remaining for 2024;
Fortnightly Mondays 3:30pm
Mondays 9am
Monthly Thursday mornings
Fortnightly Fridays 9am

Our weekend 1-1 slots will soon be added to the Book That In online booking schedules, and will be available on a first come, first served basis. 😊

Does your child have an EHCP?
Would they benefit from Animal Assisted Interaction, husbandry, learning and wellbeing?

Our 1-1 youngsters visit on a regular basis, and can now have the opportunity to work towards gaining their own AQA awards and qualifications, with custom sessions tailored for their own goals and learning outcomes.

Animal handling (wide range of creatures, stables, aviaries, reptile house, domestic animals etc).
Husbandry
Animal management
Outdoor garden and bushcraft activities
Wildlife, flora & fauna
Projects
Simple DIY
Crafts
Custom academic content

We work with your child’s school, local authorities, agencies, charities, parents and care givers. Children can be referred on an EHCP from any of the above settings.

Options also for family self-referrals for intimate emotional support sessions (No EHCP required)

More Turkey cuddles!! 😄
Who’d have thought that a Turkey could be the most calming, gentle & sensory animal? All our SEN children visiting end up calm and quiet, just sitting with Paxo and enjoying each other’s company 🥰
