A notice for all our customers, Tothill street is closed until the 26th February. Please use Monkton or The lanes when coming for your appointments, these roads are particularly busy at the moment so allow some extra time😃 Any problems please give the practice a call 01843 825444.

Appointment Cancellation

We have lost 275.3 hours last year to missed appointments.

Scheduled appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be asked to pay halve of appointment value:

For example:
Missed exam: £20
Missed hygiene: £40
Missed treatment: Half the treatment cost

Discretion will apply to your situation.
