Morning began crisp, bright, and fresh, with the birds in full song as we sat waiting for our drum birthing workshop to begin.
What an incredible day it turned out to be. The day was filled with emotion, laughter and I mean deep, belly laughter, so much joy, yet also so much respect and love given to these beautiful drums that were coming into the world.
One large and magnificent horse hide became four drums as the day unfolded. It was a day of grace, ease, and the most amazing medicine of the Horse.
New friendships were formed, and amazing journeys are only just beginning.
A truly blessed day.
Thank you to the teacher’s past, the teachers present, and the teachers yet to come, for this amazing art that lives not in books, but in the heart the power of the living drum.

Summer Solstice Sweatlodge – Bookings Now Open

As the wheel of the year turns toward the height of light, our next Sweatlodge on the wheel welcomes the Summer Solstice - a sacred moment when the sun stands at its fullest power and the land is alive with growth, vitality, and expression. This is a time of honouring abundance, celebrating life, and offering gratitude for all that is flourishing both within and around us.

We invite you to join us in ceremony for our Summer Solstice Sweatlodge on Saturday 20th June, held in deep respect for the land, the ancestors, and the ancient ways.

This is a powerful yet nurturing ceremony - a space to release, to give thanks, and to reconnect with the strength and light that carries us through the turning of the seasons. Rooted in community, prayer, and connection, the lodge offers a chance to step away from the everyday and into something older, deeper, and shared.

Our Drum Circle is Tomorrow Night (Thursday, 16th April, 8pm) – All Welcome 🥁

As we gather once again in the beautiful, sacred space of Heron’s House, our drums will call out across the land in gratitude for all that surrounds us.

Together, we’ll journey with the rhythm — moving through many worlds (and yes… there’s definitely more than just three 😉), allowing the experience to unfold naturally in the moment. Expect chants, sound, laughter, and that deep, grounding connection that only the drum can bring.

All sessions are gently held by experienced facilitators. Lynn Gosney has been guiding drum circles, workshops, drum birthing ceremonies, and sacred Sweatlodges for over 25 years.

No drum? No problem — spare hand-held frame drums are available for you to use.

Men’s & Women’s Drum Circles – Thursday 9th April | 8pm

A gentle reminder that our Men’s and Women’s Drum Circles are gathering this Thursday evening, 9th April, at Caer Corhrain.

These circles are a chance to come together in a supportive, relaxed space – to drum, connect, share (if you wish), and simply take some time out from the noise of everyday life.

✨ Separate circles running at the same time
✨ 8:00pm start (please arrive a few minutes early to settle in)
✨ Free to attend – donations towards the running of the centre are always welcomed
✨ Spare drums available to borrow
✨ Frame drum circles only

Whether you’re completely new or have been drumming for years, you are very welcome. There’s no pressure, no expectation – just rhythm, community, and space to be yourself.
