Dry, dull skin? We’re not doing that anymore 😌✨

Here’s a simple at-home routine to get your glow back no clinic visit required (although I’d still love to see you 😉)

All products are from

As my skin sits on the drier side (hello menopause), hydration is key, but so is gentle exfoliation to bring that glow through.

My go-to routine:

• Hydraboost Cleanser to cleanse without stripping (because tight skin is not the goal)

• Bright & Clear, technically a toner, but this does more… gently exfoliates with lactic + salicylic acid to smooth and brighten

• Aqua Infusion Mask for that drink of water your skin is craving, oil-free, deeply hydrating, leave on for 5–10 minutes

• Remove with a soft bamboo cloth (because we’re gentle with our skin here)

• Finish with Recovery Balm to soothe, nourish and support the skin barrier.

And just like that… hydrated, plump, glowing skin 🤍

International Women’s Day in the Treatment Room…”

One of the best parts of my job?

The conversations in the treatment room.

On International Women’s Day, it feels like the perfect moment to appreciate the incredible women I get to see every day.

Because in between the skincare and treatments… there are conversations about:

Life
Families
Children and grandchildren
Work stresses
Menopause
Hormones
Friendships
And the occasional “why is my skin doing this now?!”

Sometimes we laugh.
Sometimes we solve the world’s problems.
Sometimes we just enjoy a quiet moment of calm.

But one thing is always true…

The treatment room is often the one place women actually take time for themselves.

And honestly?
They deserve every minute of it.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing women who lay on my treatment bed and trust me with their skin 💛
