We’re heartbroken to share that our friend Joanna has passed away far too soon. 💔
Joanna was more than just a part of our group, she was a bright light, a kind soul, and someone who made a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know them. Her energy, laughter, and presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Our hearts go out to her family, friends, and all who are grieving this unimaginable loss. We’ll carryJoanna’s memory with us, always.
Rest in peace, Joanna, You’ll forever be part of us. 🕊️💕

Good morning everyone. Hope you are all doing well 💖.
Just a quick reminder about todays meeting if you are able to attend. We are meeting at the club a little earlier between 7 and 7.15pm and Tom has kindly agreed to give us an insight into martial arts at his premises just at the bottom of the road. He is looking forward to meeting us and will of course be very gentle with us 🥋it should be a really fun night!
