They are anonymous and analysed by a member of our Head Office team. The results are fed back to the trustees and Scheme Manager and used as a tool to measure what we are doing well and areas we could improve upon. The Manager will share the results with staff and residents.

Some of our residents have had a fantastic day on the river. Thankfully the weather has been kind to them.

Our garden is looking beautiful with the roses and peonies. We have cut some roses for our reception area. Come to our Summer Saturday Open Day on Saturday 14th June to have a cuppa and chat in this beautiful garden.
