Having myself a little self care day 🙂
Brilliant class this morning at kirkheaton, followed by the gym (obviously) a lovely lunch (thanks Michelle Brown) and a beautiful long dog walk in this stunning weather.
As you all know I’m an autumn girl so being outside in nature watching the leaves change colour, the blackberries making an appearance in the hedges and the stillness in the atmosphere i am one happy little yoga teacher ☺️
I hope whatever you’re doing today you’re happy

What a beautiful quote, as you all know I am definitely an autumn girl, I just love it,
So here we are in September again, a time to slow down, for change and transformation, for letting go, as the trees let go of leaves to make way for new beginnings, it's a time to practice mindfulness and gratitude, (oh and of course comfy clothes and pumpkin spice latte 😁)

After a lovely week in Scotland (and only one midge bite!) classes are now back to normal, see you all back on the mat soon

Not a midge in sight ..... (Yet)
The yoga mat came with me (obviously) so you can be sure of some lovely lesson plans when I get back, 😉

(Just as I was writing this some lady walking past my balcony asked me if I had bite cream with me as she was covered in midge bites 🙈)

It's so true, I've been through every emotion on my mat, it's my safe place, like a suit of armour that doesn't leave the floor.

Hello my lovely yogis
Hope you're having a lovely weekend, what are you all up to?
After a couple of really busy weekends I decided to have a restful one, so after a successful little shop at Dunelm 😂 I've done the cleaning, read my book, and been on a good long dog walk, it's been a lovely day 🥰
It's always good to slow down and take time for yourself.

Hi everyone,
As it's the school holidays I imagine a lot of you are going away, on parent duty or grandparent duty, if you don't want to miss a class please do message me and I'll see what availability I have in other classes, just until school are back.
