So good to be back at work!! and apart from the weather "blips" and poorly people 😔 it's been a lovely week back, thank you for a brilliant week,

I'm not keen on New Years Eve or old years night as my Grandad always called it 😂
I always feel quite sad, but what an amazing year 2025 has been!! 😊 and it's because of you!

I cannot thank you enough, the continued support for both me and my little business means so much, I can't put into words how truly grateful I am 🥰

So when the clock hits midnight, (and the fireworks wake me up 🙄) I will wish you all a very happy new year full of new and exciting ventures, happiness, love and peace 🕊️

Hi everyone, how are you all doing?

It's that odd time between Christmas and New year when you don't know what day it is,what time it is, if you should eat vegetables or finish the cheese (cheese wins every time 😁)
So whatever you're up to I hope you're well and enjoying the festivities

Well thats a wrap folks, and what a year we’ve had 😀 here’s a quick rundown and some fab photos from 2025

As well as our brilliant weekly classes there’s been care homes, workshops, retreats, tipis, dancing 😮birthdays, graduations, weddings, marathons, charity events, student meet ups, new hips, and a dad with a broken hip 🫣(back at yoga after 6 weeks though🥰) new friendships and loads and loads of laughter,
Wow no wonder I’m shattered (mark on a yoga mat just because 😉)
Have an amazing festive break everyone and thank you all for all your love and support this year, you’re all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again an absolutely beautiful night last night, thank you to everyone who came to our now annual yoga by fairy light session, it's always such a special evening, I slept so well last night 😃
