Matsyasana, FISH,
Last week we worked a little with fish pose
I do enjoy practicing fish, the opening of the chest, the stretch through the front of the body, the tension relief from the neck and shoulders, it’s a really lovely posture.
This pose can also help to improve posture, reduce anxiety, depression, help with headache and migraine sufferers and improve breathing.
It’s not one for everyone though, what are your thoughts?
