Interesting pathologies recently seen in Clinic!
-Unstable bilateral rear foot causing knee pain
-Midfoot osteoarthritis and hypotrophy (degeneration) of fatty padding to the heel making it painful to walk.
-Congenital leg length difference and femoral anteversion (turning in at the hip) causing foot collapse.

We have prescribed a combination of steroid injection therapy, bespoke orthotics and tailored rehabilitation programmes to aid their recovery 🙌
