Anxiety can affect us all sometimes and in different ways – we might feel stressed or overwhelmed, worried about our health or the future but if you find you are regularly feeling this way and it is starting to affect how you feel or behave, please join us at our supportive and welcoming workshop to find out how you can manage anxious thoughts and feelings.
This workshop will explore what anxiety is, how it can impact our day to day lives and will share tools and techniques to help us manage feelings of anxiety and to support our wellbeing.
