The 6 week summer bod is a boring myth that needs to be put to bed in 2026! π₯±π΄
Of all the many conversations I've had about fitness, it's always come down to one thing... people want fast results, and who can blame them?
We've been consistently sold this idea of quick fitness..."Quick Abs", "Summer Bod in 6 weeks", "Lose 20lbs in 2 weeks (impossible, by the way!)".
But anyone who has built anything of value will know there is no quick fix to building the most important things.
When immediate results is the focus, there are other things you lose out on, like really building a life where fitness is consistently a part of it, like introducing sustainable good habits, building a super strong mind, and going through a true process of change that gets you both long-term results AND that amazing body you've been wanting to build for yourself!
Because the secret lies in the process itself, in building an unshakeable routine, body and mind that fits your life, and that you can continue to stick to for the long term.
If quick fixes haven't worked for you in the past, they're likely not going to work EVER.
It's time to change your approach to your health and fitness.
Think of the future you.

What are the things you still want to be able to do?
What are your goals? What kind of parent do you want to be?
