I love sharing my knowledge and practice of yoga and meditation, accquired over almost 50 years, but Wednesday 6.30pm class at UAPC church hall, Moffat, is having a crisis: since June, often only 3 people which no longer breaks even. I need at least 8 people to agree to sign up for the next block (7 Nov - 18 Dec) before 28 Oct for it to continue. So if its on your radar, please let me know ASAP.

Yesterday, a beautiful day for a cycle ride. Freewheeled down the dry, stoney, heavily rutted track from my house and was just speeding across the bridge when a bee flew down my Tshirt. Sufficient distraction to end up sprawled across the bridge with one handle bar in my right rib cage and the other in my left abdomen and groin. Protective helmet and goggles caused the head injuries. Not much that doesn't hurt.Thank you universe for stopping me before I slid off the bridge into the stoney river below . . .
