New Yoga & Fitness classes starting in Nannerch at The Garage Yoga & Fitness Studio on Wednesday 27th September.
Parent & Baby Yoga -
This class is for both parent and baby to try and find some quiet time and enjoy a bonding experience together. This is the perfect way for you to get back into exercising with gentle yoga moves to tone and strengthen your muscles. You will focus on the muscles affected by pregnancy and labour, the tummy, pelvic floor and back, but also the whole body will be worked.
Parent and Baby yoga can calm and relax your baby while improving their reflexes and awareness. Classes are informal, fun and relaxed and a great way to meet new parents. You can join as soon as you've had your 6/8 week check and can continue until your baby is crawling.
Sweaty Mothers Club-
This is your chance to exercise bringing your child along for the ride. This safe, fun environment is a great way for you and your little one to bond while you either both exercise or you exercise and they play on the tablet!! Either option is fine by me. Child care is a massive barrier to exercise so why not bring them along and teach them how important and fun exercise can be. We will work to strengthen and tone your whole body and get your heart rate pumping. No two weeks will be the same and I aim to make exercise accessible and fun.
Gentle Yoga-
This class is perfect for beginners, those less mobile or those who just want a relaxed class for the mind and body. Gentle movements will get the body moving releasing tension and gently strengthening the muscles.
