Hello everyone, whilst I'm currently off with my broken finger I just thought I'd share with you that lymphatic drainage massage is amazing!

My finger is still badly swollen 4 weeks in and I've just started giving it a very gentle lymphatic drainage massage to promote healing and circulation to the area. I'm already witnessing really good results from this - improved colour and the swelling is noticeably starting to go down. It also helps with waking up the nerves that, during injury go to sleep.
I start physio next week to gently begin moving it.
I hope everyone is well and I cannot wait to get back to treating you all.
