Due to the adverse weather The Slaughterhouse will remain closed today (saturday) We appreciate the main roads are passable, however the staff live in remote areas so even reaching the main roads is, at best, hazardous. . Fitnees Tip Of The Day, Sledging! Enjoy!

Met Office AMBER warning for snow tomorrow. We will endeavor to open the Club in the morning, however if the predictions are right it's probably a good idea to phone first to see if we';ve made it in 01352 755418. Stay safe, stay warm and we'll see you soon. PS Running up Moel Fammau and sledging down is ample exercise and will probably burn as much as 300 - 500 calories!! Enjoy!

OPENING TIMES: Thursday 27th & Friday 28th opening hours are now 8.00am until 6.00pm. This decision has been made to come in line with the other gyms in the area. Some of which are closed and others close at 6.00pm. Hopefully all Members are enjoying the festive period and enjoying time with their families. The 6.00pm finish ensures that me and my staff can do the same.
