✨Healing with Sophie and I will guide you through a relaxing and restorative evening of gentle guided meditation and healing reiki. All whilst enjoying the beautiful and calming surroundings at The Barn Temple ✨

✨We will then offer you herbal tea, offer you the option pick an oracle card intuitively, and journal- if you feel guided to do so. Allowing you time to ground, connect, and ask any questions you desire. All whilst being held in a safe, welcoming space ✨

🌞🧡🔥 Firing up those Solar Plexus energy centers in this evenings class… such a blessing to hold space for such an incredible bunch of women…the connection was so beautiful this evening… guided meditation was dreamyyyyyy! We also dived into the tarot major arcana for each individual which brought about some super incredible messages and divine guidance.. 🌞🧡✨ The feedback at the end of this evenings session was so beautiful and heart warming… solidifying the reason I do this work… ✨ We cannot wait for this session at to be back in September! 🧡

What an absolutely beautiful session.. filled with love and healing energy.

I am beyond grateful to be holding space and for those who put their trust in us to calm the mind, delve into their energetics and infuse healing energy within them..

We shared hugs, we chatted openly, journaled and sipped herbal tea.

I am so delighted to reveal that I will be collaborating with for a mini morning retreat.

Guided meditation, Reiki healing, grounding, connection and basking in nature… a beautiful morning of nourishment for mind, body & soul.

Allowing Good….

In current times most of us have been raised and conditioned to operate from a scarcity mindset. Whereby we feel we need to have certain things checked off in order to be happy… feeling that deep sense of lack in certain areas of life when comparing ourselves to others… looking upon others circumstances, relationships, finances, careers perhaps with a feeling of sadness and a feeling of being unworthy of having those things.

The message of this Oracle to you today is that you are so abundant.. if you have a roof over your head and food to eat, just enough money in your bank to pay the bills you are more than rich. If you have good health, and people surrounding you with love and support you are ALREADY blessed & abundant.
