📍Role description:
• Keen attention to detail and pride yourself on excellent customer service.
• Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Competent user of Microsoft applications.
• Handle billing and financial transactions.
• Ability to proactively problem solve, think of and implement new ideas.
• Comfortable working to timescales and ability to dynamically organise and prioritise workload.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt positively to change.
• Demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues and external parties.

📍Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all customers receive exemplary customer service.
• Acting as an advocate of Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy.

• Day to day provision of support to the team and business.
• Maintaining and updating client documentation and data.
• Liaising with clients and medical professionals via telephone, letter, email and clinic system.
• Maintain confidentiality about all issues discussed in the practice regarding patients, clients and staff.
• Adhere to GDPR regulations.
• To dynamically manage time and workload.
• Maintaining high standards within clinic.
• Availability to cover early and evening clinics.
