No more putting everyone else before you and neglecting who you are and your wellness needs, whether that’s physically or emotionally.
Why? Because the more you do that, you’re just telling yourself and those around you that you are worth less than them. Whether you meant it or not. And all that will happen is you’ll end up feeling disappointed, undervalued, disrespected and resentful. And resentment is like drinking poison and hoping it will hurt someone else.
