My client you see here came to me with the best attitude I’ve ever seen. “I’ll do whatever it takes Piers please help me”. She had gained weight from some frustrations and disappointments in her life. I said to her if you follow my lead the weight will fall off in no time but you have to be on it because the journey can be tough at times especially when you haven’t exercised in so long.
She took everything I said on board and smashed it. She changed her diet, she started attending classes nearly 6 days a week, she hit the gym to do weights at least twice a week and always did her cardio after resistance training. She decided to walk as often as she could and stuck to a high protein diet whenever she chooses to eat out.
