My client you see here came to me with the best attitude I’ve ever seen. “I’ll do whatever it takes Piers please help me”. She had gained weight from some frustrations and disappointments in her life. I said to her if you follow my lead the weight will fall off in no time but you have to be on it because the journey can be tough at times especially when you haven’t exercised in so long.

She took everything I said on board and smashed it. She changed her diet, she started attending classes nearly 6 days a week, she hit the gym to do weights at least twice a week and always did her cardio after resistance training. She decided to walk as often as she could and stuck to a high protein diet whenever she chooses to eat out.

Geo! This girl has turned her whole life around. When I met her she was doing kick backs on the stairmasters to grow her glutes but she humbly accepted my advice to take up heavy weight training and the rest has taken care of itself. She’s now training 5-6 x a week, swimming 2-3 x a week and eating a high protein diet and most importantly enjoying training. See her measurements below 👇🏿

So proud of client Abi ! She’s just awesome. We trained once a week and the goal was simply to tone up. Then we realised she’s really strong so we scrapped toning up and decided to build muscle. Her upper body toned up quick so we were playing catch up with legs but now we have the balance right and she’s super happy with her results and how she feels day to day!
