💗 Coming Home to the Heart this February 💗

February is associated with love and hearts, so no better time to focus on the heart chakra!

The heart chakra is often spoken about in spiritual terms, but at its core, it’s about something very simple: safety, connection, and compassion, with ourselves and with others.

When the heart energy is balanced, we may feel more open, present, and at ease in our relationships. When it’s overwhelmed or closed, we might notice emotional heaviness, self-criticism, or a sense of disconnection.

Coming home to the heart doesn’t mean forcing positivity or “opening” before we’re ready. It means listening gently. Softening where we can. Offering ourselves the same kindness we so easily give to others.

Practices like mindful breathing, placing a hand over the heart, or receiving Reiki can support this space of balance, helping the body feel safe enough to relax and heal. 🙏💗

And when did your body ask for rest, softness, or support?

January often carries a quiet, inward energy. It invites us to slow down, to listen more closely, and to honour where we truly are, not where we think we should be.

There’s no pressure to turn these reflections into resolutions. Awareness is enough. Healing begins with listening.
