✳️MEDPOINT USERS!✳️
If you are unfortunate enough to be at our Medpoint Dispenser when our Pharmacy is closed and you are met with the sign
“OUT OF SERVICE”
then be assured, we will do our very best to have any issues rectified asap.
The Medpoint user who has had an issue occurring during their own collection, will unfortunately have to wait until the next working day for us to reissue them a new collection code.
REMEMBER…In order for the Medpoint to be beneficial to our customers, we require that you collect your prescription within 48HRS of the txt we send out but more ideally within 24 hrs would be much appreciated.
This is a very busy period, therefore can we kindly remind our customers to collect asap or we unfortunately shall need to remove your prescription item from the Medpoint, which is an inconvenience for both us and yourself.
