Why not come along and enjoy our informal and friendly classes, where we learn techniques to cope with the anxieties and stresses of our modern life.

You can wear normal comfortable clothes and sit on a chair in a nice calm setting or bring a yoga mat, cushions and blankets whilst you explore lots of different types and techniques of meditation to help you find your best fit.

The course will give you techniques to take away with you and use in your everyday life.

So true, just some time, space and focus is all you need!

What equipment do you use for your meditation? 🤎

Meditation is a practice which can be done anywhere, without any special equipment or props. Simply bringing in awareness to the breath each day allows us to ground ourselves in the present moment.

If you sit for a formal practice, using a chair or a cushion are both helpful. One isn't better than the other - ensure you can support yourself - your aim is to be comfortable, relaxed yet alert!

Why not try out different postures to find one which suits you, or find a qualified meditation teacher to support you 🧘🏽‍♂️
