We are now open at our temporary address, which is Suite 8, Singleton Court, Wonastow Road, Monmouth NP25 5JA. There is parking available on-site, and we are open from 8.50am until 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 8.50am to 1pm on Saturdays. If you had an appointment postponed after the flood, we will be in touch soon to arrange a new date and time for you. For Eye emergencies and other enquiries, please call 01600 715299.

We are getting ever closer to testing again on the 5th of January! We have almost moved everything up to Singleton Court and once the electrics are done, we can start making the room look nice for Monday.

Work is progressing so we can fully dry out over the festive period. We’re looking firward to being back in the building march/april time. In the meanwhile we are in the practice answering any queries you may have. In Jan we will be open after Christmas in singleton court in our temporary home

What a fantastic night at the Optometry Wales Awards! We have Adib Missaghi winning Rising Star award, Emily Taylor winning Student of the Year award, and Max Horler winning Optical Assistant of the Year award! We couldn't be prouder of them. ❤️

Hi everyone. Monnow Eyecare will not be operational all of this week due to the flooding from Friday night. We are in the process of calling patients who have appointments to reschedule.
We still have a lot to do at Monnow Eyecare this week since the flood, but we are making progress. 💪
Engineers and builders will be coming out to assess the damages whilst we still clear out the practice, and of course we will keep you all updated on our social medias.
If you are in need of an emergency appointment, please try to call other local practices or contact your GP or call 111.

Lots of work this week to get us back up and running. The water got up to knee height, so lots to sort, salvage, and throw out. We are contacting all patients who have appointments tomorrow and Wednesday to reschedule.
We are a lot more fortunate than other businesses in Monmouth, and our hearts go out to all that have been affected in the community. ❤️
