Faye works as a healer channel, a vocal healer channel, sound healing therapist, crystal sound activation practitioner, shamanic practitioner and direct Source physical medium and clairvoyant. Most of the time Faye works ina semi trance state allowing whatever needs to come through for you to arrive... in other words, she empties herself and becomes the hollow bone. She combines compassion, deep understanding and empathy with lifetimes of experience and humour. Faye runs regular retreats and workshops, drum circles, singing circles, group sound and gong journeys, shamanic journeying to the drum and a glorious workshop/retreat to free your voice and do intense healing work around discovering your soul blueprint which is carried in your voice. Faye's medicine hand drums and rattles are mostly made to order specific to each individuals energy and requirements. Drums can be made using either deer or pony hide at 13" (beautiful travelling or child's drum)15" or 18". Hoops are made from the wood available at the time. Faye works in a sacred way, ceremonially, honouring the spirits of both the animal and the tree throughout the birthing process. These drums will carry elements of each individual's energy and medicine as Faye works specifically with that as she does with the spirit of the wood and the animal. As soon as you tell her that you wish her to make you a drum, the healing work begins and will continue throughout the process. This beautiful retreat is totally off grid on Charly's amazing land near Llandeillo. We will give you the address once you have booked your space. We ask that you bring a vegan, gluten free plate of food with you to share with the group on Saturday for a picnic lunch. When we share our first meal together, it puts everyone on the same level, acknowledging that we all have something to share with one another. It is really quite symbolic and beautiful, acknowledging and nurturing one another.

We invite you to arrive from 7:30am to set up your tents for a 10:00am start on Saturday. We may need you to park somewhere else as parking is limited. We are looking into this at the moment. So car share wherever possible please.

Departure is on Sunday, anytime after 4pm.

We will feed you vegan/vegetarian food on Saturday evening, Sunday breakfast and lunch. Please message me with your dietary requirements after booking.

A few things you need to be aware of before booking:

Gong and sound journeys have contraindications. They are unsuitable for you if you have a pacemaker, are in your first trimestre of pregnancy, have acute mental health concerns, have just had surgery, have sound induced epilepsy or major health issues, have CPTSD that is triggered by sounds, are sensitive to loud sounds or have reacted badly in the past to sound.

The land is uneven and there is no wheelchair access at the moment. If you decide to come, you agree to take full responsibilty for yourselves knowing that the terrain might be uneven and we will be in nature. We do have some structures to use if the weather is inclement but you may still get wet or hot depending upon which way the weather goes! It is your responsibilty to bring the appropriate attire for the weather and any meds you might need.

Healing, relaxing and restorative, sound may enhance better sleep, reduce anxiety and stress levels and generally benefit you as the frequencies and vibrations move through your body, 'bathing' it in sounds created through the voice, gong, singing bowls, drum, monochord, percussion and bell like sounds.

I have a very special offering for September. A red womb medicine drum birthing retreat which will start in the mid/late afternoon of the 5th and finish on either the evening of the 7th or the morning of the 8th dependant upon what the majority can do.

A friend of mine, Elizabeth, runs temazcal's from her beautiful off grid land in Carmarthen. A temazcal is a Mesoamerican sweat lodge ceremony. She is hosting us on her land and running the temazcal for us on the Friday evening. The temazcal will be the ceremonial start of your death and rebirth process, cleansing, shedding and clearing, dropping into your sacred space, into the land and into ceremony. (If you do not wish to go in, you will be able to be outside and still join in/be part of the medicine songs/ceremony.)

On Saturday and Sunday we will then go into your medicine drum birthing as you rebirth yourselves as well. The red womb medicine drum is not only reflective of Mother Earth's heartbeat but is traditionally used by women in healing, rituals, ceremonies; symbolising death and rebirth, the flow of life, cyclical flow and release, blood that pulses through our bodies, fertility, protection, strength, creativity, healing, shedding and growth and connects us to our ancestral lineages as well as every other female in the world.

This is the most powerful year in which to do this work. A 9 year, a snake year (they shed their skins for renewal) and in a 9 month. All about endings, clearing the way for new beginnings, new energy, new ways of being. I have long had the message that women will be instumental in the rebirth of a new, more sustainable, more peace filled future for our Planet and this message has become very loud in the midst of the destruction, annihilation and control we are now witnessing on our earth. Bringing our medicine into the world during these times is vital. The women are the life bringers, life givers, our wombs shed every month until we reach the Maga era; we are capable of great strength, great change, creative thinking and great healing.

Our Story

Faye Bradbury has a philosophy that laughter is the most awesome medicine you can have and so despite being very dedicated to and in her work, she will often use some form of laughter within her therapies. She carries her medicine in her heart and it transfers in whatever way it is needed by any individual or group.

Faye runs monthly drumming and chanting circles which are intended to raise everyone’s vibration and create lightness and laughter and release. She also runs monthly Gong and Sacred Sound Meditations using the gong, crystal and himalayan singing bowls, drums, Native North American style flutes and channelling the Ancestors voices and percussion instruments; these are very deep and healing sessions and have been described as awesome, unbelieveable, magical. People have reported better sleep, less aches and pains, huge shifts and deep relaxation.

Faye can be booked for private group gong and sound journeys, for gong and sound baths/meditations/journeys for retreats and yoga and more. Please contact her for more information. She is also available for collaborations. And for offering 1;1 healing on retreats.
