A little glimpse from last Sunday’s hike at Aber Falls β€” and this was just one of the waterfalls πŸŒŠπŸ”οΈ
This place is unreal. Nature has a way of reminding you how much beauty exists outside the noise of the city.

And to top it off, actually jumped into the waterfall πŸ˜‚

This is what is all about β€” taking people beyond their everyday surroundings, into places they might never think to explore. Britain is full of hidden gems, and reconnecting with nature (especially water) can do so much for your mind and wellbeing.

Throwback to our hike at Aber Falls β€” a powerful moment in nature with guiding a beautiful Chi Kung session, held in the energy of the waterfall behind us.

There’s something deeply spiritual about returning to nature β€” the sound of rushing water, the grounding of the earth beneath your feet, the rhythm of your breath aligning with the world around you. In those moments, you remember that healing doesn’t always come from doing more; sometimes it comes from simply being.

Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves. It clears the mind, opens the heart, and reconnects us to the deeper flow of life. Movement, breath, and presence in natural spaces remind us that we are not separate from this world β€” we are part of it.

We had nervous system regulation and guided meditation after yesterday’s hike at Aber Falls, facilitated by 🌿✨

A powerful moment to slow down, ground into the earth, and reconnect through breath, stillness, and the healing energy of nature. Allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the soul to realign in the presence of the elements felt deeply restorative.

Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves πŸŒπŸƒ The sound of the waterfall, the fresh air, and the earth beneath our feet were a reminder that peace, balance, and healing are always available when we pause and tune in ✨

This is what Higher Self The Movement is all about β€” guiding people out of the noise of the city and back into the spaces that have always been here for us. Spaces many people don’t even realise are available to them. Nature isn’t just somewhere to visit, it’s somewhere to return to.

Water holds a powerful energy. It teaches us flow, release, and renewal. Spiritually, water is cleansing β€” it washes away stagnant energy, clears the mind, and reminds us that healing doesn’t have to be forced. Like water, we’re meant to move, not stay stuck.

For mental health, being around water and in blue spaces can be deeply regulating for the nervous system. The sound of flowing water slows the mind, calms the body, and creates space to breathe, reflect, and reset. In a world that keeps us overstimulated and disconnected, nature brings us back to balance.

At , this is intentional. Every hike, every mountain, every waterfall, every moment in nature is about creating opportunities for healing, connection, and self-discovery. Sometimes the medicine isn’t in talking β€” it’s in walking, breathing, grounding, and remembering who you are.
