This picture makes me happy. I took a walk with my kid's and we found "little mushrooms hiding from the rain and surviving the harsh weather"
Which is what has sparked this though which is now a post:
We're all surviving the harsh weather brought to us in our lives. We are all walking through life with different things to survive. Some of us already have come out the other side, and some are still walking through the stormy days. I see it in my clients. I speak to my clients about their lives, what is happening, what has happened, and what's to come. I see all my clients as warriors and survivors. I will always admit life is hard no matter who you are or what you have.
My clients are brave. They are healing from so much. Mentally, physically, and emotionally, they are always fighting the weather around them. The biggest compliment is to know I am a safe space for them to hide and rest. They come to me to fuel their fire, to warm up, to top up, however you want to say it. They have all come here to keep going.
Whatever you're going through, I will be a safe space for rest and to regroup... even if you get lost out there, you cable always come back here with open arms. Don't let life take you too far away.
Some clients have fought cancer, depression, relationship struggles, abuse, addiction, kidney failure, and major medical diagnosis. Some are coming to terms with diagnoses, which make their future into a maze. They will have to navigate. Some are newly solo parents, and some have lost a loved one.... they all come and know support is constant, and judgment is nowhere in sight.
I am thankful for all of you walking through life and stopping in here with me. You are strong, you are beautiful, and you are so loved.
