Since being diagnosed with Stage 3A Breast Cancer in February and living in Powys, I struggled to find any support networks.
Since doing my lives I have been able to reach out help others but also been able to get help myself.
Being in the Fitness industry for nearly 35 years I have gained so much knowledge in lots special populations from Back care, older adult, breast cancer, seated and many more.

I have also done spiritual work too and have 20 years in Reiki, Spiritual healing, Mediumship and Relaxtion.
8 years as a hands on therapist in Kore Therapist and Trigger Point Pilates instructor.
