Some Client Results From Past Block 🙌🏻

An incredible showing from everyone again!! These are just a few of the top performers, losing some mind blowing weight in just 8 weeks, or seeing incredible body recomposition over this time 👏🏻

🚨Energise April Intake🚨

After a very successful showing with our first every run of Energise we have decided to do it again but this time allow people to sign up whenever suits them best!

But let’s remember, if you feel like you’ve always struggled to find that “right” time, you may as well start now, putting it off isn’t going to help🤷🏼‍♂️

With an incredible showing from our 20 Energisers, losing a combined 150lbs!!

Workouts will be provided to help get you into a routine with your training!

By having the correct plan to follow you will see an increase in motivation for your training & nutrition.

You will receive a plan but also short videos of the workouts to help show you the exercise & required form.

You will also be able to catch us in the Montrose gym where we will happily run over any exercise!

☑️ DIET PLAN & NUTRITIONAL BOOKLET

You will be provided with a diet plan & Nutritional PDF TAILORED to YOUR calorie requirements.

The booklet helps you STRUCTURE your meals & snacks for the week based on what you have on that week.

You learn that no meal needs to be the same. You will be able to choose from many protein, carb & fat options. Allowing you to fully understand portion sizes & calories per food type when choosing your meals. There is often a massive gap in knowledge here!

By focusing on this for 8 weeks should then help you understand what’s on your plate going forward.

Each Wednesday you are asked to check-in online. We discuss how your training & nutrition has went that week then give you as much support & feedback as we can!

Meet the Energise Coaches

Both of us are very excited to get this started, we have had good interest already which hopefully means you are too! 🤜🏻🤛🏻

So let’s talk about the coaches, our beliefs & what we are aiming for with Energise 🙌🏻

▪️Marcus, with already 8 years of experience under his belt at 25 years old. He has learned from some of the leading coaches in the industry, been through it all, overweight, underweight, extremely restrictive eating, no control eating everything in sight to eventually finding that balance.

He is now striving to teach people about being mindful of what you are doing, not restricting everything, not beating yourself up for that snack you were craving, finding joy in it, understanding nothing is bad.

▪️Steven, owner of Impact Fitness & Personal Trainer for 10+ years.

He has worked with 100’s of people over the years with many different short term & long term goals.

His style of coaching has evolved & completely changed over the years. Starting as a 23/24 year old PT with a tough love, “no excuses” & strict approach to then understanding that’s not coaching. He now believes that a good coach is about being a good listener, a friend, a therapist, person for someone to rant to, cry to, hug & hi five. Someone that will support you no matter what & push you to believe in yourself.

He wants to help & support you using his knowledge & experience of training & life to achieve your results & believes in health & fitness over abs. Focus on being healthy & the rest will come!
