FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING RETURNS for 2026!!!

Do you want to get fitter, be healthier and feel happier? Well look no further than Football Fans In Training!

We are delighted to announce that our The SPFL Trust funded FFIT programme will return for 2026!

⚽️ WHAT IS FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING?

Football Fans In Training is a FREE 13 week health and well-being programme, compromising of weekly 90 minute sessions, split in to two halves. The first half is based around an educational element such as healthier food choices and alcohol intake, with the second half including various physical activity elements.

⚽️ WHO CAN TAKE PART?

This particular intake will focus on male participants, and is targeted at men ages 35-65 years of age, with a waist size of at least 38 inches, or a belly size of 40 inches.

Stay tuned for a female intake coming in April!
