Giving absolute props to a fabulous binge-eating coach, Jordan Ross who recommended calling three people each time you're tempted to binge.

Those of you who know me know that I'm not great with phone calls though maybe it will help with sales calls too!

If you have any difficulties with eating and want to work with a coach I highly recommend him.

Life certainly moves in mysterious ways!

Looking to pick up the numbers in my Friday evening class at Welcome gym, (Gander Green Lane) if you would like to come along it's from 7-8pm.

If the numbers don't pick back up for this class they're thinking of taking it off the schedule.

I'm surprised how tough it's been to get cover for a class I teach and love on Saturdays.

I'm looking for cover for my Yogalates class on Saturday 1st June from 10:45 - 11:30 at V-fit Ewell.

If you can teach Barre or a variation of Yogalates that's fine.

I might have some fun 'Canvaing' this up but wanted to share a workshop on behalf of a coach who has crazy brilliant intuitive skills and has been very kind about my business as a copywriter.

It's also a subject close to my heart though I'm grateful that I no longer have to deal with 'workplace idiots'! I've certainly been there though.

One for my cover photo. Goal to get this up by another two classes this year.

One class fell flat but have picked up another brilliant Yogalates class in its place.

Still loving my corporate class and appreciate all the class covers too.

8 years as a yoga teacher now!
