Every Sunday at 7:30 am, something incredible happens at the Crook O’Lune. A group of like-minded individuals comes together for a free community dip, and what we experience together is nothing short of transformative.
We start with mindful breathwork, grounding ourselves in the present moment, letting go of the stresses of the week. Then, we take that collective energy into the river. The cold water connects us, not just to nature, but to each other. It’s a shared challenge that fosters resilience, courage, and an undeniable sense of togetherness.
