🌸 Health Tip for Hormonal Balance 🌸

If you experience hormonal symptoms, there’s a simple self-care routine that may help restore balance.

✨ Front Points:

Gently rub either side of your p***c bone, one side at a time.

Apply pressure up to your comfort level and repeat at least six times per side — or until any tenderness eases.

✨ Back Points:

Rub either side of the spine, starting from the top of the back of your pelvis and moving downward toward your feet.

Do one side at a time, to your pain threshold.

Repeat at least six times on each side (you may want someone to help with these).

💛 Tip:
Practicing this simple routine regularly can help relieve hormonal symptoms and support overall balance and wellbeing.
