A bespoke fitness professional who helps women all over the world; who are unsure of where to start. You’ve probably struggled with what movement or finding what exercise suits you; are unsure of what exact nutrition or foods are right for you, have suffered with emotional trauma and or pain and you just want to feel better, have more energy, fit into the clothes you’ve been longing to fit into and get past your emotional trauma and pain. I help to heal the here and now and the past which are connected to current emotions or painful problems, working in the Akashic records I help you to heal your current physical pain and help you to release blocks so you can pave your future therefore up-levelling all areas of your life; finance, health, career, relationships and lifestyle. I am passionate about helping women free themselves from emotional trauma and pain once and for all. I use my high touch specialist whole person healing targeting women who want to take all areas of their life to the next level.

One of the most common reasons people make kinesiology appointments is that they are experiencing some discomfort in their gut. This could include minor symptoms such as bloating, constipation/diarrhoea and abdominal pain to more serious conditions such as Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease.

Most people don’t appreciate that poor gut health can also lead to diverse and seemingly unrelated issues, such as lower back pain, fatigue, migraines, shoulder problems and autoimmune issues. For this reason, most kinesiology treatments will involve identifying and correcting imbalances within the gut.

The Foundation course is open to all. It is designed to give you a progressive introduction to Systematic Kinesiology whether you have prior knowledge or experience in health care or not. We are all beginning a new subject. If you are an administrator, reflexologist, doctor, accountant, retailer or home keeper you will learn Systematic Kinesiology from the beginning.

The Foundation course is perfect for those that would like to benefit from Systematic Kinesiology for themselves, friends, their clients or family.
