A bespoke fitness professional who helps women all over the world; who are unsure of where to start. You’ve probably struggled with what movement or finding what exercise suits you; are unsure of what exact nutrition or foods are right for you, have suffered with emotional trauma and or pain and you just want to feel better, have more energy, fit into the clothes you’ve been longing to fit into and get past your emotional trauma and pain. Trying to conceive can be incredibly frustrating for those that are finding it more difficult than they would like — especially when all their tests look “normal.” As a practitioner you’ve likely heard things like: “I’m ovulating fine. My hormones look okay. My tubes are open. The semen analysis is good. And yet…the person is not conceiving.

At some point, your client might have been told they have unexplained infertility. On paper, that just means the usual tests didn’t find a clear cause. In reality, though, it often comes down to imbalances that don’t show up on routine screens but still matter.

Fertility isn’t just one event — it’s a whole series of conversations happening inside the body between systems that all have to be in sync. And when they’re a little off, it can hold everything up.

When all tests look normal but pregnancy isn’t happening, unexplained infertility may point to subtle imbalances affecting conception.

“I lovingly release the day. I fall into a deep and peaceful sleep, knowing tomorrow will take care of itself, I am safe. I am calm. I am ready to rest.”

Find a comfortable position and take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
With each breath, allow your body to soften and your mind to quiet.
Allow yourself to lovingly release the day, letting go of all thoughts, worries, and to-dos. As you relax repeat this affirmation until you drift off:

"Problems with sleeping has become an increasing complaint in my clinic particularly in the last 5 years since ‘COVID’, even for those clients that have usually slept well all their lives. If we are waking up in the middle of the night and struggling to fall back to sleep, our body is usually communicating an imbalance. From an holistic point of view, sleep disruption is rarely about just one hormone or one habit. It’s about how the entire system is responding to Mental/Chemical/Physical and Energetical stressors.

One hormone that is often overlooked in women is DHT (dihydrotestosterone). While women have much smaller amounts than men, it can still influence the nervous system and sleep especially when the body is under strain."

Sleep disruption is rarely about just one hormone or one habit. It’s about how the entire system is responding to stressors.
